1. Introduction & Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Godspeed Bulldogs website, services, and puppy purchase agreements. By accessing our website or engaging with our breeding services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Godspeed Bulldogs is an English Bulldog breeding program based in Houma, Louisiana, built around proven pedigrees and deliberate placement.
2. Puppy Purchase Agreement
2.1 Waitlist & Deposit
The updates waitlist is free and does not reserve a puppy or establish pick order. Reservations are arranged directly with Godspeed Bulldogs. The deposit is $500 before 6 weeks and $1,000 at 6 weeks or later. It is credited to the price. The written reservation terms explain what is reserved and any selection or transfer arrangements before payment.
2.2 Pricing & Payment
Text us for pricing on any puppy. We will walk you through everything it takes to give your puppy their furever home. Take-home day is the day they turn eight weeks. The balance is paid in full by then. Accepted payment methods include card through our secure payment link, bank transfer, Zelle, and cash.
2.3 Puppy Selection
A $500 deposit before six weeks locks in the puppy you choose, as long as it is not one of our keepers. We will recommend the best match for your home. A deposit reserves a selection spot, not a specific color, sex, or puppy.
2.4 Pick-Up & Transfer
Puppies are released at 8 weeks of age minimum. Pickup in Houma. Shipping with an approved transporter may be available for an added fee.
3. Health Guarantee
3.1 Six-Month Congenital Health Guarantee
Each puppy comes with a six (6) month guarantee against life-threatening congenital conditions, starting on the go-home date. A licensed veterinarian must confirm the condition in writing during that period.
3.2 Guarantee Requirements
To keep the guarantee in place, you must:
- Have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of go-home
- Follow recommended vaccination schedules
- Provide proper nutrition, care, and a healthy weight
- Notify us right away of any health concern
The guarantee does not cover:
- Injuries, accidents, or environmental factors
- Conditions caused by improper care or nutrition
- Minor or correctable conditions, including cherry eye, entropion, and elongated soft palate
- Cosmetic traits (underbite, overbite, tail set, and similar)
3.3 Remedy
The only remedy is a credit toward another puppy of equal value. Veterinary bills are not covered, and no refunds or cash are given. The Purchase Agreement and Health Guarantee signed at go-home controls the full terms. Buyers who signed an earlier agreement keep the terms of that agreement.
4. Registration & Breeding Rights
Every puppy is sold with full AKC registration and full breeding rights unless the puppy agreement states otherwise. Registration papers are released after the purchase price is paid in full.
5. Return & Rehoming Policy
If at any time you can no longer care for your Godspeed Bulldog, you must contact us first. We retain the right of first refusal and will assist in rehoming if necessary. Under no circumstances should a Godspeed Bulldog be surrendered to a shelter or rescue without our knowledge.
We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse or change of circumstances after the puppy has been in your possession for more than 72 hours.
6. Communications & Consent (A2P Compliance)
SMS & Communication Consent: By providing your phone number and/or email address, you consent to receive communications from Godspeed Bulldogs including:
- Waitlist updates and litter announcements
- Puppy photos, videos, and developmental updates
- Appointment reminders and pick-up scheduling
- Health updates and care tips
- Promotional offers and breeding program updates
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive multiple messages per week during pregnancy and puppy development periods.
Opt-Out: You can opt out of communications at any time by:
- Replying "STOP" to any text message
- Clicking "unsubscribe" in any email

Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply "STOP" to cancel at any time and "HELP" for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: Your contact information is used solely for communication about your waitlist status, puppy updates, and breeder support. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. 7. Website Use & Liability
Our website is provided "as is" for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties about the completeness or reliability of information provided on this website.
Godspeed Bulldogs is not liable for any damages arising from use of this website or reliance on information provided. Users are responsible for verifying information with us directly before making decisions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, videos, logos, and design elements, are the property of Godspeed Bulldogs and protected by copyright law. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Godspeed Bulldogs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the puppy.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your puppy purchase shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. You agree to attempt to resolve disputes through mediation before pursuing legal action.
Venue for any legal proceedings shall be in Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
