What Drives Our Program
Every pairing begins with the whole dog.
A pedigree tells part of the story. Living with our dogs tells us the rest. We consider health, structure, temperament, movement, and family suitability alongside the pedigree behind each dog. We look for a stud whose strengths complement our female and the direction we want to take with the next generation. The mother’s readiness comes first. If she needs more time, or the right pairing is not there, we wait. Coat color never makes that decision for us.

Raising Standards
Raised at home, with care every day.
I whelp and raise our puppies at home, using dedicated breeding equipment, careful records, and hands-on attention. They grow up around family life, with regular handling, monitored feeding and growth, and age-appropriate veterinary care.

The Godspeed Buyer Experience

You can reach us directly by call or text. We explain availability, pricing, registration, and the reservation terms so you know what to expect at every step.
Text, call or FaceTime us
The puppies are here. Text or call us and we will FaceTime you with the litter so you can fall in love with one.
Your deposit
A $500 deposit before six weeks locks in the puppy you choose, as long as it is not one of our keepers. The deposit is $500 before 6 weeks and $1,000 at 6 weeks or later. It is credited to the price. We send your contract to sign electronically and walk you through every term.
Vet checks and the six-week clear
Every puppy gets vet checkups along the way, with the final clear at six weeks. In the uncommon case the vet finds an abnormality at that six-week clear on a puppy you reserved early, your deposit is refunded or your pick moves to another puppy, here or in the next litter, with our sincere apology.
Take-home day
Take-home day is the day they turn eight weeks. The balance is paid in full by then. Your puppy goes home with AKC paperwork, veterinary records, and a care package. Pickup in Houma. Shipping with an approved transporter may be available for an added fee.
How we raise them
Veterinary Care and Go-Home Preparation
Our dogs receive veterinary care, and each puppy’s go-home preparation includes veterinary records, vaccinations, and deworming. We discuss the care your puppy has received and what comes next with your own veterinarian. Every placement includes a written health guarantee. We review its coverage, requirements, and terms with you as part of the puppy agreement. Questions about a particular dog’s records are always welcome.

Care & Lifetime Support
Your puppy leaves with AKC paperwork, veterinary records, a care package, and guidance for the transition home. You keep a direct line to us for the life of your dog.

Our keeper male off of the Chocolate Thunder × PHAT MA litter carries the first Godspeed generation forward. Available for stud service. Fresh, chilled, and frozen semen shipped nationwide. Text us for the stud fee.
